After a hard day's work volunteering at a wildlife park, it was greatto come home to a lovely dish of Cheddar Cheese Risotto which my husband had conjured up from Nigella Express. It is spring in New Zealand so he used seasonal asparagus rather than leeks. I think I have trained him quite well with Nigella's help!
