I know it’s already January, but I wanted to make a Yule log anyway. This holiday was so busy I never got around to it. I like keeping my decoration around the first week of January. Maybe I was just looking for an excuse to still pretend it was December? I’ve made other Yule log recipes, but Nigellas avoids the use of flour and the frosting is to die for. Christmas is my favorite holiday. I wish it would never end!
