Cozy is the word of the day. It’s not only a snow day, but the day was spent unpacking a new apartment. I was craving something warm for my body and soul. Enter Nigella’s croissant bread pudding with rum. I used a walnut toffee flavored bourbon which added an extraordinary depth of flavor. Now I’m curled up with my journal and a candle, meal planning for the future.
