PEAR PISTACHIO AND ROSE CAKE This beaut of a cake is a showstopper at any dessert table. I love the combination of the green pistachios against the pastel pink petals, and the flavour pairing of the pears with the rose water. More importantly I love that this cake can be whizzed up in the food processor without any fuss. And it’s gluten free!! It definitely ticks all the boxes. Thank you Nigella for yet another genius recipe.
