This is my version of the Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake adapted to suit the taste of my daughter Clara whose birthday it was for. She insisted on milk chocolate for the icing as she is adamant that she does not like dark chocolate. I obliged on this occasion and so it does not look as dark brown as it ought to.
