Welsh Cakes I've made these using gluten free self raising flour and, for want of sultanas, I subbed in the Goji berries I had lying about. I also made these vegan by subbing in coconut yoghurt to replace the egg. I used butter replacement as well and forewent the milk due to the dough being surprisingly (for gluten free) moist enough without it! Served alongside a cup of tea, of course!
