This is a Boston cream pie from How to Eat that I have morphed into an Easter cake by the addition of mini eggs, it’s actually not a pie but a cake not sure why it’s called a pie, anyhow it’s my favourite cake as what’s not to like with chocolate ganache and creme patisserie . I make it for any occasion
