Double Marble Loaf Cake. This is one of the few recipes that I mostly followed without deviation, other than I used double the amount of kosher salt, which substituted the fine sea salt. I probably could have created more marbling within the cake itself. I thoroughly enjoyed making this, I don’t make cakes that often and it was pure joy. And absolutely delicious. I accompanied it with some ice cream.
