Salmon Kedgeree with lime and coriander. I’m so bad at following recipes but I stuck with this one. I did however forget to add the coriander before the photo and, well demolition stage was already under way when it finally got added. Dangerously addictive, this will definitely be one of those dishes that gets made over and over again.
