Living on the banks of the Zambezi in Zambia it's lovely to serve tea to my friends with Nigella's recipe of Lily's Scones together with my home made marula jam from our wild marula trees. Sitting on the deck over the mighty Zambezi watching hippos playing in the water; baboons on the opposite banks and with the sound of fish eagles in the background, it does feel like a match made in heaven. Lily's Scones are a failproof recipe and one I truly rely on!
