Nigella's Cherry and Almond Loaf cake had enough batter left over to make these cute mini cakes. I baked them in my new dariole moulds alongside the loaf cake and hope for the best with timings. Needn't have stressed as turned out perfectly when I took out of oven after 35 minutes. Perfect gift for my Sister xx
