The problem with my Nigella bakes is that someone always starts eating them before I can take a picture. My last few cakes have been attacked whilst on the cooling rack. This time I went for the Double Chocolate and Pumpkin Seed Cookies from ‘At My Table’. Tweaked the recipe with Gluten Free Flour (works touch of Xantham Gum) and Baking Block to suit household diets. Worked really well and felt strangely healthy. As you can see one cookie still got nicked before they were cooled.
