I always try to wheel out something different for my birthday treat and this year I decided on the Chocolate Raspberry Pudding Cake. Absolutely delicious, highly recommend. The family were suitably impressed too and was the perfect ending to our cheese and charcuterie board in the gardens. (Even after the husband lost concentration on his cake commute duty, and it suffered some damage when navigating Norfolk roundabouts!!)
