When this recipe came through last month, the name alone had me intrigued. Venetian ghetto pasta we nicknamed it before we even made it. This is a delicious recipe and it's a good weeknight go-to, because it's very simple to make. I substituted bucatini pasta for the tagliatelle, because the inner tube of the pasta has a nice bite, and it fills with the sauce, which is a bonus. The bite of the nuts, mixed with the tender chicken, makes for a celebration!
