Although Nigella admits this isn’t the most attractive looking dish, I have to say, for me and I would imagine many people a large bowl of Parmesan topped pasta is very beautiful in its own way!! This is the courgette pasta with a few cubes of feta and a dollop of crispy chilli oil stirred through at the end. Delicious and comforting!
