This is my birthday month and I was gifted a beautiful bundt pan. So with autumn knocking on our door I made a Cider and 5 Spice Bundt Cake. Heavy on the cinnamon and lots of salted caramel sauce to enjoy with it. A great way to see in the changing of the seasons.
