Ingredients

Metric Cups
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • olive oil
  • 500 grams minced beef
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 red pepper (chopped into small cubes)
  • ½ centimetre dried red chilli pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Marmite (to taste)
  • 250 millilitres tomato passata
  • ½ tablespoon beef stock (optional)
  • 1 packet tortilla wraps
  • guacamole
  • sour cream

  • 17⅔ ounces ground beef
  • 1 can baked beans
  • 1 red bell pepper (chopped into small cubes)
  • ⅕ inch dried red chilli pepper (to taste)
  • 2 teaspoons Marmite (to taste)
  • 9 fluid ounces tomato passata
  • ½ tablespoon beef broth (optional)
  • 1 packet tortilla wraps
  • guacamole
  • sour cream

Method

  • Fry the garlic and onions in olive oil, until soft, and then add the minced beef and brown it. Once browned, add the red pepper cubes and stir well.
  • Then tip in the baked beans, add the tomato passata, stock and marmite if using. Add the chillies. Simmer for around 25 minutes.
  • Serve with tortilla wraps cut in half, to give half-moon shapes. Roll the half-moon tortilla to give yourself a cone, making sure that you tuck the point of the cone over, so that you don't get a hole in the bottom!
  • Then stuff the cone with the chilli beef, layered with guacamole and sour cream, and scoff happily!!
