Simply mix all ingredients together, place in a greased ring pan or approx 9'' springform for 1hr at 180c

Very light and fragrant!

- 3 cups self-rising flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 oranges (juice & zest)
- 4 medium eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla essence
