Metric Cups
  • 10 chicken drumsticks
  • lemon juice (or lime)
  • pepper
  • salt
  • egg
  • cornflakes
  • plain flour

  • Clean the chicken. Prick the chicken with a knife or a fork, add in salt, pepper and lime or lemon juice ( according to your taste, add more pepper if you like the pepper taste).
  • Crush about a cup of corn flakes, mix it with about a cup and a half of plain flour.
  • Just before frying whisk the egg and coat chicken.
  • Dip the chicken into the flour/corn flakes mix.
  • Deep fry it to a golden colour. The children will love it.
