Steamed Eggs With Soya Sauce

Beat the eggs thoroughly. Remove the bubbles on top of it. Put salt and mix it with chicken stock. You may use 3.5 cups of water instead of chicken stock. Boil the water with a wok or a steaming pan, put the mixture on a plate and steam for 5 minutes. If using water, steam for 10 minutes. Drizzle on a bit of soy sauce and vegetable oil on top for taste. Sprinkle some finely chopped spring onion/parsley before serving.
