Introduction

I love this recipe especially with the NE pancakes on a sunday morning. Yum. but anyway I like doing somethings the hard way when I know I have nothing to do that day.

Ingredients

Serves: 1-2

bacon
maple syrup (pure)

Method

Put the Bacon in the frying pan and baste right away with a basting brush (or simply spoon on) when it is ready to turn flip the bacon and repeat step one until your bacon is crispy. Or until it is done.

Additional Information

The easy way is to simply cook the bacon you normally do and just pour on the maple syrup. But then you have all the syrup on the plate left over. waste not want not.
