Introduction

This is simply divine in the middle of a chocolate cake.

Ingredients

Serves: enough for a cake

plain chocolate
cream (heavy)
1 teaspoon vanilla essence

Method

Place the chocolate and cream in a microwaveable bowl.

Place in the microwave for 30 secs,then take out and stir

Continue in this manner until chocolate has melted and mixed with cream You can now add vanilla if you wish.

Additional Information

You will need to let it set for a while in this time it is crystallising. This is perfect on the inside & outside of cakes and is perfect on top of eclairs.
