Ingredients

Serves: 4

Metric Cups
  • 4 lamb chop cutlets
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • thyme
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 green chillies
  • oil
  • 4 lamb chops
  • 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic paste
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • thyme
  • 1 pinch of black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 onion
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 3 green chiles
  • oil

Method

  • Put chops in fry pan. Add thyme, ginger and garlic, few drops of Worchester sauce, salt, black pepper, turmeric powder, salt and oil. Add enough water just to cover the chops. Steam until water dries up.
  • Fry for a few minutes and then add chopped onions and green chillies. Fry until onions and chillies are soft and then add tomatoes from the top. (tomatoes must be cut round). Don't stir. Just cover. Only stir when tomatoes are soft.
  • Add more salt if necessary.
