A quick and easy breakfast. Easily adaptable. Use normal milk if you like or even rice or nut milks. You can use other fruit as well. This morning I had mine with blueberries and raspberries!

- 400 millilitres soy milk
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 125 millilitres raspberries (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 14 fluid ounces soy milk
- 1 banana (ripe)
- 4 fluid ounces raspberries (frozen)
- 1 tablespoon honey
