Introduction

in a hurry chicken breast or fillet recipe

Ingredients

Serves: 2-4

chicken breasts
flour
seasoning (add to the flour)
cream
fresh tarragon (dried flakes)
paprika

Method

Roll sliced breasts in seasoned flour, put in greased gratin dish, cover with pouring cream, shake over dried tarragon flakes and some paprika for color.

Cook 180 for 20 mins. it comes out with a wonderful sauce.

Serve with salad and crusty bread.
