Here at home, we don't like the salty fishy taste of anchovies, and we have fresh flat parsley at the balcony all the time.
- 250 millilitres fresh italian parsley
- 250 millilitres mayonnaise
- 250 millilitres sour cream
- 10 green olives
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- salt (to taste)
- ½ lemon zest
- ½ lemon
- 1 splash of olive oil (to thin)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
