On 'My Table' 4.12.17, Nigella said that because she wears contact lenses she doesn't touch chillies. I quite understand! However, if soaps of the brand Le Petit Marseillais are available in UK, look for 'le Cuisinier' liquid soap, which removes all trace of chillies, garlic etc from your fingers. Useful for chopping boards too.
