Clear ice cubes

If you want to serve pretty drinks in summer, freeze edible flowers in boiled water so that they are clear. The boiling removes any gases (usually nitrogen and oxygen) that lead to cloudy ice. Allow the water to cool so it doesn’t wilt the petals.
