Substitute ingredients for Nigella's Ham and Cheese Toastie

Just made Nigella's Ham and Cheese toastie and instead of Brie I used Camembert, in place of figs I used sliced plum tomato, instead of Parma Ham I used nitrite free back bacon rasher and added thinly sliced onion. I precooked the bacon and onion, spread the Camembert on the bread, layered with the bacon, tomato slices and onion, and fried the sandwich in a little butter and oil. Delicious!
