This month’s Cookalong is an old, old recipe, Forgotten Pudding, so-called because you put the pavlova in an oven which you immediately switch off, leaving the pudding to cook overnight, hence "forgotten". You then add a layer of whipped cream before decorating with a topping of summer berries, and you don’t have to stick rigidly with the weights and measures of the fruits here – give your artistic side free rein! Photograph your creation, add your caption, send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s. We will upload your entry, and will announce the winner after the end of the month.
Browse through all the entries so far and work up an appetite by leaving a comment, or two.
Congratulations to JOJONOOKANDCRANNY who is our June Cookalong winner!
