Can the ingredients for Nigella's American Breakfast Pancake recipe be halved as I'd like to make for two people rather than 4-6 people.

Nigella's American Breakfast Pancakes (from HOW TO BE A DOMESTIC GODDESS) yields thick, spongy pancakes that would be perfect for a Valentine's Day breakfast à deux. It is possible to halve the recipe as the ingredient quantities are fairly easy to divide by two. For the flour we suggest using 110g (¾ cup).
If you have leftover pancakes then these can be refrigerated for up to 3 days and warmed briefly in a microwave before serving. The pancakes can also be put into an airtight container and frozen for up to one month. Defrost overnight in the fridge and reheat as above.
