Would love to make the Apple And Blackberry Kuchen gluten-free! Is there a good gluten-free flour blend to substitute for the wheat flour?
Nigella's Apple And Blackberry Kuchen is a sweet dough that is topped with a seasonal mixture of fruits and a streusel topping. It is ideal as a breakfast pastry or at any time with a cup of tea or coffee. The recipe uses regular bread flour. We are not sure how well the recipe will work with gluten-free flours as the dough needs to be stretched out in a pan.
