If I make the Christmas Puddini Bonbons with my leftover Christmas Pudding, how long will they keep for and do they need to be kept in the fridge until eaten?
Nigella's Christmas Puddini Bonbons (from Christmas) are a mixture of melted chocolate, Christmas pudding, golden syrup and sherry. The bonbons do not need to be kept in the fridge but should be kept in a cool, dry place. Unfortunately at Christmas it can be difficult to find a cool place if the central heating is on high, so if you don't have a cool place then you can keep the bonbons in the fridge and take them out an hour or so before serving.
The bonbons will keep for up to 2 weeks after makning so if you are going to give them as gifts make sure to label them with an appropriate "eat by" date.
