The recipe for Lamb Cutlets with Mint And Chilli is wonderful - could it be adapted to lamb leg steaks? I usually grill the steaks (not always successfully) and wonder if this recipe would work for them.
Our answer
Nigella's Lamb Cutlets With Mint, Chilli & Golden Potatoes (from NIGELLISSIMA) marinates and then pan-fries lamb cutlets (Frenched lamb rib chops) and serves them with steamed and flash fried baby potatoes.
We suspect that the recipe would also work for lamb leg steaks as they pan fry well. The thickness of lamb leg steaks varies considerably so you may need to adjust the cooking time slightly, but the marinating time is short so should remain the same.
