In Lemony Salmon recipe I am not sure what to do with the "onion bowl" of chopped red onions and lemon juice. Did the recipe omit this? Thanks!
Nigella's Lemony Salmon With Cherry Tomato Cous Cous (from KITCHEN) is a speedy midweek meal of pan fried salmon with a zesty, cherry tomato studded cous cous. The cous cous also includes finely chopped red onions that are briefly marinated in lemon juice.
The recipe does not omit the onions at a later stage. At step 4 lemon juice is added to the chopped onions, then at step 9 the onions and lemon juice are added to the cooked and fluffed up cous cous: "Tip the tomatoes with the lemony onions, juice and all, into the couscous, mixing with a fork".
