Our answer

Nigella's Chicken In A Pot With Lemon And Orzo is a comforting one pot dish flavoured with garlic, tarragon, chilli and lemon. Dried tarragon has a slightly liquorice flavour that goes well with chicken and lemon. If you can't find dried tarragon then you could use fresh, though increase the quantity to 3 teaspoons of roughly chopped leaves.

If you don't like the taste of tarragon then dill would be a milder alternative. If using dried dill then use the same quantity as for dried tarragon. If you are using fresh dill then use 3 teaspoons of roughly scissored dill fronds. It would also be possible to omit the herb completely, though you may want to add a little extra lemon zest (up to ½ lemon or to your own personal taste) instead.
