July 2013 Entries

I'm from Sweden and I have never tasted Baklava before so this challenge was quite exciting for me. I love to try new things and after some research I decided to make a Baklava filled with almonds and cinnamon and a syrup of Swedish honey and lemon. I don't know how it "should" taste like, but both me and my kids loved it. Thanks Nigella, for the inspiration. :D
