Anyone who knows me, knows that I am ever so slightly obsessed with baking (as well as Nigella!) I regularly bake treats for my colleagues at work, but was getting a few suggestions to try something new. I'd never made a coffee and walnut cake before, so I gave it a go. I completely loved how easy it was! It made my kitchen smell amazing, and I had to fight the urge to eat the cake the night before taking it into work. It's now a regular on my baking books. My boyfriend also loves it, as he gets to lick all the spoons/beaters/spatulas - everybody wins!!
