Guests coming over! Just made this delicious looking fruit tart, haven't tasted it yet but it looks amazing! Even though I did not have much time I made the lemon curd from scratch, because it really isn't that much work. Probably even faster than going to the store! (And here in the Netherlands lemon curd is not always available). In the biscuit crumble I added some sunflower seeds to give it a bit more bite. ...Aaand maybe also because I ate half of the cookies that were meant to go in it ;-)
