A delicious treat on a summer's day, this light dessert was as much a feast for the eyes as for the tastebuds! My family was overjoyed to be the guinea pigs for this challenge, and loved the contrast of the creamy lemon filing with the tart berries! In addition to homemade lemon curd, I also candied lemon rind to bring another note of delicious lemon to the tart! My mum kindly let me pick some edible flowers from her garden for an extra special touch! The peak of summer in a tart!
