I changed Nigella's recipe a little but - I made the awesome Easter Egg Nest Cake but I made it in to a 2-layer cake and made extra icing to glue the 2 slices together. Then after I slathered the top with more icing I sprinkled crushed "flake" chocolate over the top so it looks even more like a nest. Sooooo delicious! Everyone loved it at Easter Sunday lunch!
