First time making Pavlova . The only change I made was to use half the quantity of sugar . Everybody enjoyed it and lots of comments about the delicious marshmallowy centre .I really enjoyed making this recipe . When I went to upload my photograph I was wondering what was sticking out from under the table !!! It's was Milo our dogs tongue. So my unique point is ... Dogs like the smell of it as well. Good job I checked the said photograph. Thank goodness for editing .
