My first pavlova ever...huge success! Made it for a birthday party and everyone loved it: from the birthdayboy (who just turned 3) to the grandmother! Being my first, I did not want to take too many chances, so I just added a touch of lime juice to the lemon curd. Please, Nigella, come to Portugal, bring more pavlova recipes and I will be very happy to show you the wonderful portuguese cuisine!
