for my lovely mother in law I prepared (together with two other courses) this dessert! Everyone really loved it. I used fresh dutch strawberries, blue berries and raspberries to give it my own twist. (the next time I make it (which we surely will) I will use a different single cream because in Holland we don't have single cream we have 2 different choices this one was already perfect but we like to compare!)
