I made my black sugar sprinkles by sealing the colouring and sugar into a zip lock bag and i used the rolling pin to roll them. Baked the black sugar for 5 min to stabilise the colours. Also used the black colouring to draw zombie faces on the gummy candies to have a more "Halloween effect".
