I love anything Nigella! This cake was right up my alley with its bright citrus flavour and it’s simplicity (I used a blender!). I used 2 navel oranges and added a splash of orange blossom water and vanilla. The sides are a bit more ‘golden black’ than I would have liked but it didn’t taste burnt so that’s ok. I served it with a dollop of Greek yoghurt with some orange marmalade stirred in.
