This month’s Cookalong is Nigella’s Clementine Cake, a flourless cake that’s damp and aromatic. You begin by boiling clementines in a pan of water until soft enough to turn into a pulp for your batter. Everything is just blitzed together and poured into a prepared tin. So find some quality kitchen time and get baking and then photograph your Clementine Cake, add your caption, then send it to us, and you will then be in the running to win a signed book of Nigella’s.
