I followed Nigella’s recipe to the T but added chocolate glaze and roasted almond slices for more flavor and texture. I used 6 mandarin oranges, the cake turned out very moist and tasted really good with chocolate. I kept the chocolate glaze a bit on the darker side so it also balanced the sweetness of the cake.
