Basic recipe followed, used foil as suggested to save top browning too much! Served with some orange flavoured marscapone cream & segments of Clementine. Being Gluten Free, daughter-in-law loved it, as we all did. A guilty enhancement serve it with a small tot of Cointreau (adults only, of course!)
