Fairly new to cooking, retired 68yo. Now avid Nigella reader and TV watcher. My wife’s Big birthday on New Years Eve! Had 20 friends at Hotel. Morning, made wife’s favourite NL Coffee & Walnut Cake- knew she would love and all did. Decided needed a different choice. Made two Clementine Cakes!! Followed recipe intensely though only small Waitrose clementines so used 6 in each. Smell wonderful. Everybody enjoyed. I did freeze one and this picture is the Cake defrosted and we believe tastes great! Thankyou Nigella for making my NYE task so easy to follow but both cakes look ‘Class’! Richard - ranmark
